Providing new owners with plenty of room for desirable features such as a pool, shed or large entertaining area, Paul called the land ‘a premiere building site.’
Surrounded by substantial homes of high end quality with distinctive street appeal and located within walking distance to Lake Albert, Apex Park and Lake Albert Public School, it was no surprise that 7 Lakesend Place sold on auction day.
Land in Wagga has become very sought after and residential blocks often go under contract shortly after being released—making auction a desirable method of sale.
The auction campaign served its purpose in generating lots of enquiry and creating competition for the vendors.
Fitzpatricks auctions are usually held on a Saturday, however this one took place on Thursday, the 7th of July at 12.00pm. Despite this change in time, the auction was a great success with multiple interested parties and three registered bidders attending.
It was a wonderful, sunny day for an auction and Paul had organised the Red Nova coffee van to be present for the event.
The block of land sold for $495,000—a great result for the vendors.
