Fitzpatricks Real Estate were among the finalists at the weekend for the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) Awards for Excellence at the Sydney Convention Centre.
The REINSW Awards for Excellence showcase the highest achievers in their chosen field of endeavor – be it residential sales, commercial leasing, property management, auctioneering and everything in between.

Fitzpatricks Real Estate was nominated as one of four finalists for the Award for Excellence – Website – Independent. A prestigious Sydney agency took out the top honours in this category, but to be announced as a finalist is a wonderful achievement in itself for Fitzpatricks Real Estate, the only regional agency to be nominated in this category.

“All the finalists in the 2011 REINSW Awards for Excellence were of such a high standard that, in my view, they are all winners,” said REINSW President Wayne Stewart.

Fitzpatricks Real Estate I.T. Co-ordinator, Josh Bett said “even though we didn’t take home the trophy it’s an honour in itself to be named as a finalist in this category and to have our hard work recognised at this level.”

“Our website had only been live for a month before submitting our submission, so to achieve such high recognition for a new website is very rewarding,” said Josh Bett.
