After a successful weekend of Gumi festivities, the events keeps on rolling with a jam packed month full of events with something for everyone. Here’s a few to get things started…
This weekend Lake Albert will be a buzz with the action and excitement of the second round of the Australian Formula Powerboats Grand Prix. If you enjoy your watersport action, the Australian Wakeboard Nationals are being held from Wednesday 19th to Saturday 22nd March.
Wagga Wagga is again hosting a NAB Challenge AFL game with GWS Giants and St Kilda battling it out at Robertson Oval on Saturday 1st March.
After recent rain, the Wagga Pro Rodeo has also been rescheduled to Saturday 1st March at the Equex Centre.
The Twilight by the Lagoon finale is sure to be spectacular, with the Australian Army Band Kapooka and special guest Rhonda Burchmore on Friday 7th March at the Wollundry Lagoon Civic Centre Precinct from 7pm.
Saturday 29th March sees the annual Food and Wine Festival getting underway at 12 noon at the Civic Centre Gardens with an array of local wine and produce to sample.
