September has seen an increase in applications and properties leased from the previous months. For the month of September we have received a total of 146 applications with 38 Properties leased (22 Units and 16 Houses). Units leased were priced between $200 to $350 per week and houses leased were priced between $235 to $450 per week.

These properties were located in Ashmont, Boorooma, Central, Estella, Glenfield Park, Kooringal, Mount Austin, Tatton, Tolland, Tolland Heights, and Uranquinty. We aim to have applications processed within a 24 -48 hour time frame to ensure quality tenants are secured.
