In the past week, we have experienced a significant increase in properties available on the rental market as well as an increase of people attending inspections. This market activity is welcomed at this time of year as we start to enter a typically busier period; which brings a level of reassurance to investors and tenants alike.

Our Property Management Team leased a total of 15 properties in the last week, being five units ranging from $210 – $530 per week, and ten houses ranging from $260 – $595 per week. We have seen a demand for renovated central properties and newly constructed properties.
