In the past week, we have experienced an increase in properties available on the market. There has also been a slight decrease in the number of people attending inspections.  The slower market activity is expected at this time of year, due to Wagga Wagga’s employment cycle and climate.  However on a positive note, interest has spiked for our properties this week.

Our property management team leased a total of twelve properties in the past week, being seven units ranging from $190 – $350 per week, and five houses ranging from $350 – $490 per week. We have seen a demand for properties in Tatton and Bourkelands, with a decline in interest in Kooringal and Central properties.
