In the past week, we have experienced a decrease in properties available on the market. There has also been a slight increase from last week’s low, in the number of people attending inspections.  The slower market activity is expected at this time of year, due to Wagga Wagga’s employment cycle and climate.  However, on a positive note, interest in the high end properties has uncharacteristically increased at this time.

Our property management team leased a total of eight properties in the past week, being four units ranging from $195 – $320 per week, and four houses ranging from $280 – $360 per week. We have seen a demand for properties in Turvey Park and central Wagga Wagga over recent weeks.
