October was a busy month for Fitzpatricks Real Estate with a record 40 residential sales. We also had 30 new listings and a total of 110 open houses. This has certainly kept our sales and marketing teams very busy!
Our website also had increased activity with 52,389 page views from 3,698 unique visitors and our YouTube channel had 1,846 views.
This positive and increased activity has continued through to November with this month also looking promising.
