July has seen an increase in applications and properties leased from the previous month. For the month of July we have received a total of 90 applications with 32 properties leased. Units leased were priced between $140 to $355 per week and houses leased were priced between $270 to $585 per week.

These properties were located in Ashmont, Central, Estella, Glenfield, Kooringal, Mount Austin, Tatton, Tolland and Tolland Heights. We aim to have applications processed within a 24 -48 hour time frame to ensure quality tenants are secured. Application forms can be collected at the property inspection, from our office or downloaded from our website.
