It’s that time of year again when we fast forward into the future!
On Sunday 6th October daylight saving starts in New South Wales and at 2am our clocks should be put forward one hour. This will provide us with more daylight in the evenings.
This is also a timely reminder to change the batteries in your smoke alarm. Fire departments nationwide are working tirelessly to remind people of the simple, life-saving habit of changing and testing the batteries in smoke alarms when setting the clocks for daylight-saving time.
