What’s better than sitting down on a cold winter’s night to a wood fired pizza? Our resident Sales Consultant and Director Paul Gooden is very passionate about his pizza oven, so we thought we would share his favourite recipe and topping with you.
- For the base Paul recommends Jamie Oliver’s Pizza Dough Base
- Add your own toppings, everyone has their own favourites!
- Once your pizza is cooked, add Paul’s secret pizza topping for extra flavouring and pizzaz!
In a bowl combine:
• a handful of wild rocket
• a splash of olive oil
• a pinch of salt
• the juice of half a lemon
Toss and place a handful of the dressed rocket leaves on top of the pizza before segmenting.
