Termite damage is very frightening and can do an enormous amount of damage to a property. Unfortunately, we find that a lot of landlords do not arrange termite inspections on a regular basis for the presence of termite activity in their investment properties. Termites can severely damage a property in a very short period of time if left undetected, Insurance Policies do not insure against damage caused by termites. The only way to minimise this risk is to have regular checks conducted by a qualified pest control service.

We encourage all landlords to carry out regular pest inspections by a qualified Pest Control Service who will examine your rental property (as a one-off inspection). We can organise the pest inspection on your behalf and liaise with tenants for access.
