Fitzpatricks PCI Commercial has seen a strong start to the 2015 financial year.
The industrial units at 181 Hammond Avenue have seen some recent movement with the first two units sold over the past few months, showing a renewed interest in the strata titled small warehouse market.
The interest surrounding the new Docker medical suites continues to grow. With over half sold before completion, the development continues to show local confidence in the medical sector. Completion is still set for the end of the year.
Fitzpatricks PCI was successful in negotiating the sale of the Bupa and Aussie Home Loans building at 149-151 Baylis Street and the Suncorp Bank building at 118 Baylis Street with strong results for both vendors – 118 Baylis Street was only on the market for 28 days.
The land sale at 11-15 Lake Albert Road was another successful negotiation, being sold to a local developer – plans are already underway to commence construction as soon as possible which is an exciting development for the Wagga region.
We have also seen strong results in the leasing market.
Fitzpatricks were able to negotiate the filling of long term, main street vacancies with 162 Baylis Street now open and trading as a local clothing store and Champs Flowers and Hampers taking the spot at 76 Baylis Street. Both stores have expressed above average trading early on giving confidence to the retail sector of Wagga.
Gazman has taken the space left by the relocation of the Telstra Shop and fitout their new store at 182 Baylis Street. The new NRMA Motorserve building on Pearson Street has opened with our office negotiating this exciting new development. Fitzpatricks looks forward to the growing success of these businesses.
