Figures just released reveal Fitzpatricks Real Estate has sold an excess of $100 million worth of property in the last financial year. This includes residential and commercial property sales.
This is the most a single firm has sold in one year, showing the strength of the Wagga Wagga real estate market.
Fitzpatricks Real Estate also holds the record for the highest residential sale for the last financial year for just over $1 million for a home in Kooringal, sold by Matt Newley.
5 of the top 10 highest residential house sales were also sold by Fitzpatricks Real Estate.
