In the past week, we have experienced a slight increase in properties available on the market. There has also been an increase in the number of people attending inspections, but the number of applications submitted has declined.
Our property management team leased a total of 11 properties last week, being six units ranging from $190 – $345 per week, and five houses ranging from $260 – $340 per week. We have seen a strong demand for properties in Kooringal and Lake Albert and a decline in interest in Central properties over recent weeks.
