The cut off period for WWCC pool registration is fast closing in. All pools must be registered with local council by 29th October 2013, please refer to NSW Swimming Pool Register swimmingpoolregister.nsw.gov.au for more information. If pools or spas are not registered by this date, the owner may incur a fine or the matter may be referred to court. The WWCC Certifier is conducting pool inspections for a one of fee of $150.00. So if you have a pool at your investment property please contact your property manager today to ensure we have arranged your inspection and that you have returned the relevant signed paperwork.
